1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Pahad Calling, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts or use the service where prohibited by law.
Users who are not legally able to enter into these terms must use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access it through unauthorised means, collect data without permission, distribute malware, manipulate engagement, spam users or use Pahad Calling for unlawful activity.
4. User-generated content
You retain ownership of original content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Pahad Calling a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical display, publish, distribute and promote that content for operating and presenting the Pahad Calling website, application and related channels.
You confirm that you own the content or have all permissions required to submit it. You must not upload content that violates privacy, intellectual-property, publicity or other rights. Photographs may be resized, compressed, cropped or watermarked for platform use.
You may request removal of your content or account. Reasonable technical copies may remain temporarily in caches or backups.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, restrict, remove, edit for formatting, reject or preserve content when reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect users, comply with law or maintain platform quality. We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We are not obligated to publish every submission.
6. Travel and safety information
Mountain roads, trails, weather, permits, transport, opening dates, prices, medical conditions and local restrictions can change quickly. You are responsible for checking current information with official authorities, local administration, transport operators, forest departments, temple committees, guides and qualified professionals before travelling.
Travel, trekking and pilgrimage involve inherent risks. Pahad Calling does not guarantee route safety, accessibility, accuracy, availability or suitability for any person.
7. Intellectual property
The Pahad Calling name, logo, visual identity, software, page design, original editorial content and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Pahad Calling. These materials may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where law allows.
8. Third-party services and links
The service may link to Google, social networks, maps, videos, booking services, government websites or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Pahad Calling is not responsible for third-party content, availability or transactions.
9. Service availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Pahad Calling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on travel information, user content, third-party services, loss of data, service interruption or travel decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Account termination and deletion
You may request account deletion through the Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, security threats or harm to the community.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
13. Changes and contact
