1. Zero-tolerance standard
Pahad Calling has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Users must not create, upload, store, share, request, promote, link to or facilitate such content or behaviour.
2. Prohibited conduct
- CSAM or any sexual depiction of a minor, including real, altered, generated or illustrated material where prohibited.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking or arranging sexual contact with a minor.
- Sexualised comments about minors or requests for sexual images.
- Sharing information intended to identify, contact, locate or exploit a child.
- Normalising, encouraging or instructing others in child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Using travel, community or storytelling features to target or endanger a minor.
3. Reporting inside the service
Users can report concerning content or behaviour through the reporting mechanism available in the app. Reports should include the content or profile involved and enough context for review. A report can also be sent to our child-safety point of contact at hello@pahadcalling.in.
4. Our response
When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may immediately restrict access, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records and take other protective action. We review reports promptly according to severity and available evidence.
5. Reporting to authorities
Where required or appropriate, Pahad Calling will report confirmed or suspected CSAM and child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, relevant Indian authorities, law enforcement or another competent regional authority, and will comply with applicable child-safety laws.
