1. What belongs here
- Original travel stories, local experiences, cultural knowledge and personal reflections.
- Helpful comments, corrections and respectful differences of opinion.
- Photographs you own or have permission to share.
- Accurate place suggestions and practical travel updates shared in good faith.
2. Prohibited content and behaviour
Do not post, request, encourage or link to content involving:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexualisation of minors or child sexual abuse material.
- Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content or solicitation.
- Threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, humiliation or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech or attacks based on protected characteristics.
- Graphic violence, glorification of violence, self-harm encouragement or dangerous challenges.
- Illegal activity, fraud, scams, malware, spam or engagement manipulation.
- Private information such as addresses, phone numbers, identity documents or precise live locations shared without permission.
- Impersonation, deceptive identity, false endorsements or manipulated evidence.
- Copyrighted photographs, writing, music or videos that you do not have the right to use.
- Knowingly false or reckless travel information that could place people at risk.
- Unauthorised commercial promotion, repetitive advertising or misleading offers.
3. Travel content must be responsible
Do not encourage trespassing, bypassing permits, unsafe driving, wildlife harassment, environmental damage, illegal camping, fire risk or entry into closed or restricted areas. Clearly distinguish personal experience from current official guidance.
4. Privacy, dignity and consent
Respect people photographed or described in your content. Obtain consent where reasonably expected, especially for children, private ceremonies, homes, medical situations and vulnerable individuals. Do not expose a person’s sensitive or identifying information.
5. Reporting and blocking
Users should use available in-app reporting tools to report content or accounts that violate these guidelines. Where user-to-user interaction is available, blocking tools should be used to stop unwanted interaction. Urgent child-safety concerns may also be sent to hello@pahadcalling.in.
6. Moderation actions
Depending on severity and history, we may reject or remove content, reduce visibility, disable features, issue a warning, suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, preserve evidence or report conduct to relevant authorities.
Severe violations, including child exploitation, credible threats, fraud or unlawful content, may result in immediate action without prior warning.
7. Appeals and corrections
If you believe moderation action was taken in error, email hello@pahadcalling.in with the account email, content link and a clear explanation. Travel facts may also be corrected when reliable evidence is provided.
